Terms of service

Service and account

The service is provided by the individual operator identified on the Contact page. Each Google account receives a one-time allowance of 3 creations. Use your own account. Do not use multiple accounts, false identities, or repeated requests to bypass limits.

Configuration, maintenance, supplier outages, and studio limits may make generation unavailable. We do not guarantee that every photo can be processed or that AI output will be accurate.

Your photos and permission

You retain your rights in your original photos. You authorize this studio and its image provider to process them as needed to fulfill the generation requests you submit. You must have the right to process the photos and any required permission from identifiable people. Do not submit illegal, infringing, or unauthorized private content, or create deceptive or harassing content.

Use of generated images remains subject to applicable law and the image provider’s terms. We do not guarantee exclusive results or copyright protection in any jurisdiction. Review results before public or commercial use.

Saving results and allowances

Download your result before leaving or refreshing the page. We do not provide an image archive or recovery service. Successful generation uses a creation; confirmed failure releases it. Unconfirmed results keep the creation on hold for the operator to review.

Charges and changes

There are currently no paid plans, charges, or automatic renewals. Any future paid service will publish its plan and terms before you actively choose to purchase it. Material changes will be reflected in the updated pages.

For service, privacy, or rights requests, use the Contact page. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
